Welcome to WUPRadio!

Hey Listeners!

We are so excited to bring you the new WUPRadio blog. After we get off the air every week, we spend the next 6 days emailing news clippings, various op-eds, and our own erudite opinions (not to mention catty insults and witty banter) back and forth to recap the show and get ready for the next one. So we thought, hey, maybe our loyal and loving listeners would want to hear more and comment. Well WUPRadiites: new media, here we come!

We’ll use this new blog to post content throughout the week, key you in on topics we’ll cover on the next WUPRadio, and discuss matters we didn’t get to on air. After all, we have big mouths but only 30 precious minutes.

And of course, be sure to tune in every week to WUPRadio at 6:30 PM central time. If you’re in the Wash U area, you can listen on 90.3 FM. If you think radio is a dying medium, no worries, you can stream our show live at kwur.com. Be on the lookout in the coming weeks for a WUPRadio podcast too!

Your humble hosts,

Steven, Gavin, and Johan

Are you guys discussing the occupy protests any point soon? If so, I think you should legitimately discuss the merits of occupying Hollywood. It seems to match much of the same dubious private financing as Wall Street. Why do we complain about huge banking bonuses but not huge movie contract bonuses?
